Bow Lake-A-Palooza 2025: Music, Community, and Lakefront Living at Its Finest

If you’ve ever dreamed of listening to live music from the comfort of your kayak or pontoon boat, Bow Lake-A-Palooza is the event for you. This annual water-based music festival, organized by the Strafford Arts & Events Council, is a one-of-a-kind celebration of local music, community connection, and the unbeatable charm of lakefront living in Strafford, NH.

Set for Saturday, July 5, 2025, this year’s Bow Lake-A-Palooza Music Festival promises another unforgettable afternoon of floating, dancing, and celebrating—all while surrounded by the natural beauty of Bow Lake.

A Festival Like No Other

Bow Lake-A-Palooza is not your typical summer concert. With no land access, the entire experience is designed for those on the water. Grab your paddleboard, kayak, or tie up your boat with neighbors and friends—it’s all about enjoying live music while you float beneath the sun.

The festival kicks off at noon, with local musicians performing at hourly intervals across two scenic waterfront spots: Skiers Cove and Hotdogs Peninsula on Water Street. You’ll cruise from one cove to the next, listening to great music and connecting with others who share a love for Bow Lake and its unique community vibe.

As a proud member of the Strafford Arts & Events Council and owner of Profound Real Estate, Kaitlin Whitcher is thrilled to help bring events like Bow Lake-A-Palooza to life. Supporting local artists, building community, and celebrating everything that makes Bow Lake so special are just a few of the reasons why she loves being involved.

This festival is more than just music—it’s a true showcase of the Bow Lake lifestyle:

  • A tight-knit, welcoming community
  • Breathtaking natural surroundings
  • One-of-a-kind experiences that celebrate local talent and connection
  • A peaceful yet vibrant way of life that blends recreation with relaxation

The heart of Bow Lake-A-Palooza lies in community support. Organized entirely by local volunteers, this festival uplifts the arts while encouraging neighbors to come together in a way that only lake life allows. It’s a true reflection of the values many of my clients are looking for when buying a home on Bow Lake—connection, traquility, and a little fun on the water.
