Licensed in New Hampshire and Maine since 1999, SeMone Barberian brings decades of real estate experience, along with a background as an investor, contractor, and our very own “Lady Builder.” Originally from Connecticut, SeMone came to New Hampshire in 1990 and fell in love with the mountains, lakes, seacoast, and four-season lifestyle. Her own journey into building began with a vision to buy, fix, build, and sell—eventually acting as GC to build a better, more comfortable life for her family.

SeMone is the perfect combination of beast-mode determination and a genuinely soft heart. She listens to her clients, treats them like family, and takes their trust personally. In her words, “People count on me, and I take that to heart. I have to make sure I’m doing EVERYTHING possible to protect them and their equity.” And she means it. She’s written and negotiated offers on the morning of her own wedding, installed an entire kitchen herself to help her client's home sell better and for more, and shoveled snow-filled walkways to get her buyers safely to their walkthrough.
